Elementary Evaluation
Virtual end of year evaluation for homeschooling young people in grades K-6.
Fee: $50
Secondary Evaluation
Virtual end of year evaluation for young people in grades 7-12. Includes transcript support. Optional add on for evaluator signed/supervisor awarded diploma in Grade 12 available.

Prior to the meeting, you will complete our Pre-Meeting Questionnaire emailed to you and share your homeschool portfolio link, which will include:
Attendance showing 180 days (a calendar with days checked off)
Reading Log that shows a sampling of learning materials (books, magazine, articles, documentaries, podcasts, etc.)
Samples of learning (pictures and descriptions are fine!)
Standardized Test Score for young people in Grades 3, 5, and 8.

During our virtual meeting, we will:
Meet together for about 30 minutes. Your young person must be in attendance and can share as much or as little as they feel comfortable.
Take a light-hearted trip down homeschool memory lane and celebrate accomplishments!
Review the portfolio and state-mandated requirements
Support credit accounting and transcript development (for high school)
Answer any homeschool related questions, set some intentions for the following year! The vibe will be upbeat, celebratory, and fun.

After our virtual meeting, I will send you the homeschool evaluation certification letter via email within 24 hours. You will then send it to your school district by June 30th to close out the homeschool year. I recommend sending in next year’s paperwork at the same time, so you can begin counting homeschool days starting July 1.

Rescheduling:
As a parent to three, I totally get that life happens. You can reschedule your appointment through the link in your confirmation email. Please do this as early as possible, so I have a chance to fill your spot with someone on the waitlist. If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, I will charge a $25 fee, as I likely will not be able to fill your spot.
Cancellations or No Shows:
My availability is limited, and the demand for my service is great. I warmly ask that you only book a service if you fully plan to work with me this year. I will not be offering refunds for cancellations or no shows for any reason.

Hannah can perform your end of year evaluation! PA Homeschool law requires families of young people with IEPs to have their learning objectives approved by a special education evaluator at the beginning of each school year. If you need a special education evaluator, please reach out and I will connect you. The law does NOT require your end of year evaluation to be conducted by a special education evaluator.
