hi, i’m hannah mack (they/them)
artist + facilitator + coordinator
the world needs your heart work
we are living through oppressive times that violently disconnect us from our hearts, purpose, creativity, each other, and the world. yet, every moment holds the potential to co-create bridges towards new possibilities. rooted in a scorpio stellium, I believe transformation, renewal, and change are our birthright. i offer support in tuning in and developing the skills needed to bring your heart work into the world. let’s build something beautiful together.
what do you need to make your heART come alive?
gardens of the future
a cautionary tale; transforming pollution into possibility
plastic does not disappear, it merely surrenders its shape. it fractures into microshards that now permeate the clouds, the deepest ocean trenches, and the very marrow of our bones. we are becoming as synthetic as the world we have built.
gardens of the future is a series born from the tension between devastation and transformation. these sculpted paintings are crafted entirely from philadelphia trash and other second hand materials. they serve as a chilling consumerist culture “what if?”
can we dream a new reality? spring is coming, and the river reminds us that ICE MELTS!
zines! zines! zines!
what if schools were different?
a mini zine reimagining the purpose and function of schools in society
deschooling: moving through and beyond our schoolishness
A mini zine full of quotes and prompts for inspiration, reflection, and healing.
“Schoolishness” originated by Akilah S. Richards in Fare of the Free Child podcast.
a mini zine acknowledging and affirming the need to trust life’s challenging transitions just as a caterpillar trusts its gooey chrysalis transformation.
ask me for a copy next time you see me :)

what’s a zine?
zines are self-published mini magazines with a history of uplifting and centering voices that are silenced in mainstream media. they have been a way to express ideas, experiences, social and political perspectives with community.
building connection across identities + experiences
The Culture of Respect, Inc. brings together diverse participants to explore seven systems of oppression. we reflect on our own experiences and deeply listen to the experiences of others. by growing our empathy and understanding, we can step more fully into advocacy action rooted in the needs of folks with oppressed identities.

transforming violence into community connection
facilitating alternatives to violence project workshops with teens and adults
the systems in power isolate and disconnect us from our hearts and each other. forgetting our sacred interconnectedness, violence permeates our communities.
alternatives to violence project guides us in growing healing communities across factors that typically divide (like race, gender, age, ability, religion, etc). we can listen, learn, grow, and heal together. i remain hopeful for what’s possible when we’re committed to each other, building networks of care, and moving through conflict in transformative ways. together, we can create beauty and connection.
